So, you want to get rid of that belly and no matter what you try, nothing works! Join the club, because most of us who have the inclination to get rid of that paunch invariably end up piling on more flab that we ever imagined. I certainly enjoy the occasional (ahem) nibble or two in between meals. And from what I have heard along the way is that three meals a day are not the norm anymore. Dieticians have counseled me to give into the urge and snack away at the good stuff and not the heavy-duty stuff that builds flab. The problem is that while I do listen to their pearls of wisdom, I end up piling on the pounds nevertheless. Eventually this catches up and I up the ante with incessant dieting, constant exercise and a never say never attitude.
