Having come across many people who exhibit rude behavior and believe it a right to let themselves rip the person across them, I pink slip the individual(s) or let them go! In my opinion it is far better to oust the individual from your circle. At the end of the day a person who believes that the right to rudeness is their USP so be it, I would like to go my way and lose the loser! I was asked sometime back by a very distraught candidate of mine who had attended an interview, “Why are some interviewers so rude?” First of all, far be it from me to get judgmental but I frankly believe that one has to be polite irrespective of the cadre one is in. Won’t go through the entire process but they did work it out and are colleagues till date working together in harmony. Whew! However, there are many people who believe that they can just get out of a situation by being rough and frankly uncivilized.
