This is a silly post this time, because of the weather reaching an all time high. Have to shift blame somewhere, you know! Dunno what the weatherman will predict for tomorrow and the fans and air cons are doing their bit for the environment. Welcome silliness... I was using the word crotchety sometime ago and was asked about the meaning of the word. The individual was under the impression that a person who’s crotchety is really a self obsessed individual interested in the crotch! How about the word belligerent? A sweet story here - a friend on the dating scene sometime back was very ‘lovingly’ informed (by her man) that he found her rather belligerent. Once she checked the dictionary, the poor guy had to eat crow for a while. Long story short, they are hooked and enjoying a happy and contented life.
