The sheer pleasure I experience every time I make chocolate brings about a slightly (uh uh) giddy demeanor to my otherwise relative stern appearance. When I indulge in my favorite pass time making home-made chocolate, just watching the swivel and swirl of the bubbling chocolate melting away and intermingling with the rest of the ingredients is sheer ecstasy and this emotion has many a time reflected on my face. Perhaps shocks the strait laced around me! Watching the bubbles go at it is the ultimate pleasure but waiting for the product to set is pure torture… Why doesn’t time fly now? This blaze of glory sitting ever so pretty enticing the weak hearted has made me a good many times bow down gracefully and succumb to its wonder. Needless to say, many well thought out diet plans have been tossed aside and the flirtatious nature of the product is to blame!
